We are seeking a Management Accounting Coordinator to join our Finance team.
* The successful candidate will lead and enable the financial budgeting, planning, internal analysis and reporting functions for the financial sustainability of our organisation.
This role requires high level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably interact with management and executives. The ideal candidate will be an effective team player with the ability to work cooperatively and positively in a small team dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, analyse, monitor and report on financial budgets, forecasts and business plans.
* Provide financial information to support informed decision making.
* Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in accounting or commerce (majoring in accounting).
* Completion of CPA or CA.
* Experience in development, analysis, monitoring and reporting of financial budgets, forecasts and business plans.
* High level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to comfortably interact with management and executives.
* Ability to transfer accounting and financial knowledge to non-accounting managers and team leaders.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
