 
        
        We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Female Disability Support Worker to join our team in Sunbury. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support to participants with diverse needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and independence. 
About the Role: 
As a Support Worker, you will provide assistance with: 
Personal care and daily living tasks. 
Behaviour of Concern (BOC) support using positive and proactive strategies. 
Community access, encouraging protected and meaningful participation in activities. 
Medication management in line with care plans and compliance standards. 
What We’re Looking For: 
A qualified female worker with experience in personal care, BOC, community access, and medication support. 
Someone with a calm, patient, and professional approach. 
Ability to build trust and rapport while maintaining professional boundaries. 
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
Requirements: 
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain). 
Working with Children Check. 
First Aid and CPR certification. 
Relevant training or experience in medication administration. 
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (desirable). 
Job Type: Casual 
Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour 
Expected hours: 3 – 24 per week
