We have a role available for a PAS Regional Asset Manager to join our Defence division. This is a permanent full-time position that could be based at any of the main defence bases in the Northern Territory.

About the
In this leadership role, you will be the subject matter expert for all Estate Upkeep (EU) asset-related scope of work deliverables in your portfolio.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing asset management plans and strategies.
* Identifying and mitigating risks related to asset management and participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Monitoring and reporting on asset performance and condition, including liaising with Defence Estate Management for all EU activities.
* Providing oversight and leadership of all asset data-related activities and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
* Providing technical advice on asset management activities.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Extensive experience in asset management or a similar role.
* Experience with Defence Estate Land Management and EU activities is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage and oversee asset data-related activities.
* Strong understanding of policies and regulations related to asset management.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
* Valid driver's licence.
You must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
