The Role
We are looking for a motivated individual that is interested in building a career.
Blade Pile is an innovative organisation that manufacturers, contracts and installs steel screw pile foundations for the residential and commercial construction industries.
In this role, you will be actively involved in the Queensland head office, supporting the team by working in the following areas:
· Accounting admin (Monitoring the accounts inbox, data entry of customer, supplier, sales and purchase orders etc.)
· Oversee preparation of certification documents and send forms to customers.
· General office administration and support (Answering phones, forwarding and responding to emails, ordering office supplies, providing payroll support, archiving etc.)
· Working with operations team and support with daily tasks.
· Other administrative tasks as required.

Role Requirements
· Motivated and willing to learn and work with the team to solve problems
· Ability to manage projects and coordinate with builders, subcontractors and production
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Beneficial experience
· Any prior admin/operations experience
· General understanding of the construction industry
· Experience with SimPro
· Experience with Office 365
