About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Educator to join our Early Learning Service.

This leadership role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about high-quality practice and committed to maintaining strong compliance standards under Australian early childhood legislation.

As a Senior Educator, you will lead the implementation of high-quality, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) while ensuring full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).

What you need to Succeed

* Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
* Strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
* Understanding of Child Safe Standards and mandatory reporting requirements
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to form respectful partnerships with families
* Communicate effectively regarding children's progress and wellbeing
