Site Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Projects Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations on mid to high-end projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise site staff and tradespeople to ensure smooth project execution
* Coordinate with subcontractors and manage deliveries and inspections
* Maintain accurate site records and report progress to senior management
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to premium standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience supervising residential construction projects
* Strong ability to read plans and manage site teams
* Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Solid understanding of construction sequencing and WHS standards
