**The Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Development Delivery Manager to join the BIG W Design Team for a newly created role!
The 'Product Development Delivery Manager' facilitates the planning & execution of our product development critical path to ensure that we deliver ranges to market on time, on budget and within agreed guardrails. Through deep knowledge of the retail value chain the Product Development Delivery Manager guides the team to resolve challenges & continuously improve processes & ways of working to enable our transformation strategy

- Some responsibilities include:
- Facilitate the governance and continuous optimisation of our product development critical path.
- Identify risks, interdependencies & conflicts and develop mitigation strategies. Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
- Monitor delivery progress and provide regular status updates including facilitating meetings to stakeholders.
- Utilise digital workflow/project management tools (such as workfront) to create visibility and ensure a steady flow of work
- Interpret business strategy to understand implications for process excellence. Consult with leaders teams to and facilitate the changes required.
- Play an integral role in the quarterly planning cycle by informing future plans with real time team capacity data and understanding of bottlenecks.

- Outstanding relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience
- Experience in retail favourable
- Experience in large organisations with complex stakeholder networks
- Previous experience using digital workflow tools such as Workfront
