Job Description
As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and person-centered care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising and directing the delivery of client-focused care delivered by staff
* Assessing the total health needs of clients and documenting results thoroughly
* Developing individual care plans in consultation with clients and significant others
* Complying with all relevant legislation and policies
* Upholding the organization's values and principles in all areas of service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A valid AHPRA registration
* An understanding of Commonwealth Aged Care standards and Quality of Care principles
* Good knowledge of AN-ACC requirements
* Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
