Job Title: Facilities Manager
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our operations and overseeing the management of a major client account, including a portfolio of commercial office buildings.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement an operational plan for the property, overseeing contractors, staff, and property services in line with established standards and objectives.
* Manage the delivery of hard and soft services to the site, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Monitor and direct contractor performance, ensuring that all contracts are properly executed and align with the scope and intent of the agreement.
Requirements
* Previous experience in facilities management within commercial property.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and staff.
* Proven track record in delivering and improving operational efficiencies.
