About The Job
A Vendor Replenishment Planner based in Sydney, supporting Danone's yogurt portfolio between Woolworths and Danone. The role focuses on end‐to‐end order replenishment, ensuring seamless communication, accurate data integrity, service level management, forecasting support, and leading supply‐chain improvement projects. Reporting to the Customer Collaboration Manager, you will work closely with the retail partner to guarantee product availability and efficient inventory management.
Responsibilities
* Manage stock replenishment/order placement and inventory balance across the customer's network.
* Ensure relevant internal & external stakeholders are informed of supply‐chain changes that may influence service levels and stock availability in distribution centres and stores.
* Facilitate alignment between Woolworths & Danone's commercial and supply teams to review short‐term demand forecasts and manage appropriate inventory.
* Facilitate regular business‐planning and collaboration meetings to update stakeholders on strategies for improving service, inventory, and efficiency.
* Drive planning and execution of new products, promotional activities, and discontinued items while maintaining service and appropriate inventory.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Business/Commerce/Supply‐Chain/Logistics or related field.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with ease.
* Prior working experience with SAP or any other ERP.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
* High level of professionalism and persuasive influencing skills.
* Excellent IT skills with an ability to learn new systems.
* A can‐do attitude and ability to hit the ground running.
