Requirements
Certificate in Real Estate Property Management (current)
Experience in property management (preferred)
Trust accounting background
Strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills
Proactive work ethic
Key Responsibilities
Oversee commercial property portfolios
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Resolve property issues promptly
Handle lease renewals, negotiations, and compliance
Manage budgeting and arrears
Ensure accurate paperwork and reporting
