Role Description
This is a part time role for a Florist based in Darwin, NT. In this role, you will design and create stunning floral arrangements and decorations for various occasions while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction. The role involves maintaining an organized workspace, selecting and caring for flowers, and occasionally working from home for administrative or creative planning tasks.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Flower Arrangements and Floral Design
* Strong Creativity Skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail
* Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction
* Experience with Decoration and event styling techniques
* Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to work on-site in Darwin, NT, with some tasks completed remotely
* Previous experience in the floral or event planning industry is an advantage
