Job Title: Executive Assistant/Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our dynamic real estate team as an Executive Assistant/Sales Operations Manager.


About the Role:

The ideal candidate will provide operational support to a team of professionals, ensuring workflow efficiency and high-level administrative support. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day running of our office, including office supply management and bill assignment.

* Team Coordination – Provide operational support to a team of four, ensuring workflow efficiency and high-level administrative support.
* Office Operations Management – Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, including office supply management and bill assignment.
* Listing & Sales Processing – Accurately manage documentation and compliance for new listings, sales contracts, and property settlements.
* Marketing Coordination – Prepare and manage marketing campaigns, liaising with photographers, copywriters, and media suppliers to meet tight deadlines.
* Client Communication – Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and coordinating property-related communications.
* Settlement & Contract Management – Ensure smooth progression from sale to settlement, including liaison with conveyancers, clients, and stakeholders.
* Event Coordination – Lead the planning and delivery of events, managing logistics, sponsorships, and event communication.


About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in real estate administration, team coordination, or business operations. You should also possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, love being the go-to person in a team, and be passionate about delivering exceptional support. If you have proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, this is a definite advantage.
