About Our Guest Services Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences as a Guest Service Agent.
About the Position:
* Provide premium customer service and maintain strong relationships with guests, park teams, and stakeholders
* Offer quotes and availability to customers, respond to general inquiries via phone and email
* Process reservations, changes, and payments in accordance with company guidelines
* Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests, settle their accounts, and provide valuable information about the resort and local areas of interest
* Liaise closely with all business areas to ensure seamless operations
* Sell third-party products and merchandise as required
About You:
* Previous experience in reservations and/or front office roles within the hospitality industry
* Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
* Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation booking systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to handle financial transactions accurately
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
