* Location: Technology Park and Commercial Services - Mt Helen Campus
* Type: Part‐time (0.6), continuing appointment
* Pay: HEW 3 – $66,301 p.a. (pro‐rata) plus up to 17% superannuation
About the role
Provide professional customer service and administrative support in our food and retail services and support commercial operations at our Mt Helen Campus.
Responsibilities
* Provide retail and food service in FedStore, café, and functions.
* Assist with merchandising in store.
* Ensure all Point of Sale procedures are performed in accordance with policies and procedures.
About you
Commitment to quality customer service with attention to detail and the ability to work with students and other client groups.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in a hospitality or retail setting would be highly desirable.
* Ability to use standard office software packages.
* Interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Legal Requirements
All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
