About the Role
The Coles Online Department plays a vital role in fulfilling online orders, ensuring seamless customer experiences. You'll lead a team of Personal Shoppers who select and pack orders for click and collect or home delivery in our vans.
You'll report directly to the Online Department Manager and take ownership of driving sales growth, controlling costs, and managing rosters while maintaining high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management.
