Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver business services independently within a complex school environment
* Provide administrative support, prepare reports and correspondence, solve problems, research, and develop recommendations
* Lead supervision, performance monitoring, and development of school support staff, managing rosters, timesheets, leave, recruitment, induction, and training
* Support financial administration, monitor expenditure, payroll, purchasing, produce financial reports, and provide informed advice
* Manage facilities and grounds maintenance, coordinate repairs, and oversee planned and unplanned maintenance budgets
