Territory Sales Manager – NSW North-East Region (Ruminant Business Unit)
We're searching for an experienced and driven Territory Sales Manager to take charge of the NSW North-East Region, championing the well-respected COOPERS Animal Health and ALLFLEX brands.
Permanent, full-time role with competitive remuneration and benefits.
Ideal location: based in Tamworth / New England Region.
Territories covered: NSW North-East, including Upper Hunter, New England, North Coast and Northern Rivers.
Tools of Trade (TOT) – company car, laptop, iPad, phone, etc provided.
Responsibilities
Craft and execute strategic business plans with the Regional Sales Manager to drive annual growth and maximize sales across your territory.
Segment and engage distributor and end-user populations with targeted tactics tailored to local needs.
Drive brand campaigns, deliver point-of-sale materials, and execute marketing strategies that elevate our presence.
Train distributor teams and work directly with livestock producers, sharing expertise and helping them succeed.
Scout new product and market opportunities; report on local market intelligence.
Forge relationships with key opinion leaders, veterinary professionals, and rural influencers.
Deliver compelling presentations and showcase the value and science behind our brands.
Keep CRM data up-to-date, supporting targeted digital marketing across the business.
Take ownership of your career development, mapping training and growth pathways with support from your manager.
Qualifications / What You Must Have
Extensive and relevant commercial experience in a territory-sales or related role (life science, FMCG, pharmaceuticals ideal).
Sharp commercial instincts and key-account management skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with CRM systems, territory management, and sales tracking.
Ability to work independently in regional settings while staying connected to team and head office.
Data-driven mindset; comfortable analyzing sales and market trends to inform strategy.
