Service Station Retail Operations Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to oversee our retail operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our service station, ensuring maximum sales, profit, and customer satisfaction.
The role involves:
* Maintaining effective store operations and determining stock levels for smooth sales and service standards
* Proactively planning and directing outstanding customer service and sustaining sound client relationships
* Developing and implementing purchasing and marketing strategies to drive sales growth
* Organizing and controlling daily retail trading operations
Key responsibilities include:
* Recruiting, training, and developing staff members
* Managing performance and adhering to company policies
* Driving sales and meeting targets through strong financial judgment and decision-making
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of retail management experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire team members for excellence
