What you'll be doing:
If you live local, you might know our Bunbury Learning Centre inGlen Iris, nestled close to the beach? At the start of your day,you'll walk pass our award-winning nature escape including aveggie patch, catch up with your fabulous colleagues (& yourfavourite little ones), thriving with play and learning.You'll lead a close-knit team of educators, providing aninclusive safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. You'llpromote our 'School ReadY' program, manage compliance,and truly engage with our wonderful children and families. At theend of your shift, you'll walk out the door (still smiling)knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, andspirit.
You'll be great in this role ifyou...
* Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early yearseducation and care
* Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood orequivalent
* Hold a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
* Understand the National Quality Framework & NationalEducation & Care Services Regulations 2012
* Previous experienceas a room leader in children services,developing and implementing programs for 0-to-5-yr olds
* Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working withChildren card
