We are seeking to establish a pool of Teacher - Early Childhood Education (ECE) for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
We are seeking ECE educators who are ideally:
* Data-informed and experienced in using the plan-teach-assess cycle to progress student learning.
* Skilled in implementing the Explicit Teaching Model, underpinned by high-impact teaching strategies.
* Committed to developing differentiated, inclusive, and engaging learning environments that challenge and support all students.
* Knowledgeable and experienced in programs such as Talk for Writing, DIBELS, PAT assessments, Engagement Norms, Warm Ups, and Lesson Design.
* Confident in working collaboratively in whole-school team structures, and reflective in their professional practice.
As an ECE Teacher at Ardross, you will ideally:
* Foster inquiry, exploration, and creativity, while ensuring learning is structured, purposeful, and aligned with a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the Western Australian Curriculum.
* Embrace the Early Childhood Play-Based Learning Paradigm, valuing play as a central and essential component of developmentally appropriate practice. You will integrate intentional play experiences with explicit instruction to support learning across all domains.
* Build positive, nurturing relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
* Promote a growth mindset and establish a safe, inclusive classroom culture.
* Plan and deliver differentiated literacy and numeracy programs aligned with best practices in early childhood education.
* Use a range of assessment tools to provide feedback, track progress, and inform teaching.
