About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing a dynamic team? As the Team Leader for Customer and Partner Services (CPS), you will be at the forefront of providing premium service to BOQ Specialist clients.
- Oversee a team that handles client queries across all BOQ Specialist products, including residential and commercial lending, savings, and transactional products.
- Recruit, train, and develop the team, ensuring they deliver the best possible client outcomes.
- Work closely with the COO BOQ Finance and other key stakeholders to shape the strategic direction of the business.
