About the Role
Join our People & Culture team as a Learning & Development Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract — we're looking for someone proactive, motivated, and ready to make an impact.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how we grow and develop our people. You'll collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and our People & Culture team to design and deliver engaging, scalable, and high-impact learning solutions that align with TSA Riley's strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Partnering with leaders to identify learning needs and design training programs that support development and performance.
2. Facilitating workshops and leadership sessions to promote collaboration, growth, and alignment with company values.
3. Designing and creating tailored e-learning content using tools such as Articulate (Storyline, Rise), ensuring content is engaging, brand-aligned, and relevant to learner needs.
4. Managing learning platforms, communications, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery and evaluation.
5. Curating external content and managing relationships with learning providers
6. Using data and feedback to continuously improve learning experiences and outcomes.
About You
You're an experienced learning professional who thrives in a fast-paced and agile environment and brings:
7. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related discipline is desirable
8. 8+ years of experience designing and delivering learning programs, ideally in professional services or a similar context.
9. Hands-on experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio of e-learning content developed using tools such as Articulate (Storyline, Rise) or equivalent platforms.
10. Strong working knowledge of learning management systems (e.g. Go1, LMS365) and instructional design tools (e.g. Articulate, Rise).
11. Confidence facilitating workshops and learning programmes, both in-person and virtually.
12. A collaborative mindset and ability to coach subject matter experts and leaders in effective delivery.
13. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical and impactful learning experiences.
14. A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and making a tangible impact.
