We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Adelaide. As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
In this role, you will work on a shift basis, with the option to work one weekend day per month. You will be responsible for maintaining ownership of tickets, following established procedures, and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
