South Burnett CTC Inc (CTC) is a not-for-profit community organisation that supports individuals from diverse backgrounds across various services, including Foster Care, Residential Care, Youth & Family Services, Domestic and Family Violence Services, and Disability Services. Position Overview
The Operations Coordinator for CTC Disability Services will manage daily administrative, rostering, and financial operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organisational policies. This role is pivotal in leading a team that supports frontline staff and delivers exceptional services to clients with disabilities.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the Disability Services team, fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with CTC’s values.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of relevant experience and qualifications, ensuring they can effectively manage operations and lead a team.
- Experience or qualifications in business management, disability services, or related fields
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Financial acumen, with experience in budget monitoring and payroll processes
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders
In addition to the above, familiarity with NDIS processes and HR practises will be advantageous. Candidates should also demonstrate a commitment to cultural awareness and sensitivity in all interactions.
Salary & Benefits
This is a full-time position with a salary of $51.00 per hour, based on the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS) at Level 5. Additional benefits include salary packaging options, creating a more attractive compensation package.
