About the Role
This is a fast-moving, people-facing, multi-skilled admin role.
You'll be working closely with our scheduling team, retail crew, technicians, and the owner—making sure jobs are booked, people are paid, stock is ordered, and customers are smiling.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing payroll, staff rosters, and HR admin
Working alongside our scheduling team to book and coordinate jobs
Handling incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and a friendly tone
Overseeing stock levels, supplier orders, and deliveries
Supporting retail operations with POS systems and customer service
Keeping the team on track—because you're the kind of person who remembers everything
Who You Are
Experienced in administration, scheduling, and payroll
Confident handling calls, customers, and multitasking
Comfortable with systems (bonus points for ServiceM8, Xero, or similar)
Someone who loves a well-organised spreadsheet and a smooth-running calendar
A good sense of humour, positive attitude, and team-first mindset
Happy to pitch in wherever needed (you're not one to say "not my job")
