Position: Part time Medical Receptionist (Monday and Friday)
Locations: Mater Rockhampton, North Rockhampton
Hours: 7.6-hour shifts between 7am - 5:30pm
About Us: At I-MED we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch care to our patients. We are a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, and we are looking for a Part Time Medical Receptionist to join us in providing exceptional service across our three locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Handle appointment bookings and patient inquiries over the phone.
- Manage patient records and perform various administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth operations across all three clinic sites.
- Be available for shifts on Monday and Friday with the option to pick up extra shifts when needed.
What we are looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
