About the Role:
We're seeking a hands on Warehouse Manager to join our established storage solutions business. You'll be responsible for running warehouse operation while maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industrial storage sector.
What You'll Do:
Operations & Leadership
You'll be responsible for the full scope of warehouse operations, from receiving and dispatch to team management. This includes coordinating daily workflows, maintaining our high standards of organisation, and ensuring our warehouse runs like a well oiled machine. You'll lead by example, mentor your team, and maintain culture that keep operations humming.
Stock Control & Systems
You'll oversee our inventory management systems, keeping stock levels optimal and ensuring accurate record keeping. Regular stocktakes and maintaining our warehouse management systems will be key parts of your role.
Essential Experience & Skills:
* At least 5 years' experience managing warehouses in Australia
* Current forklift licence
* Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
* Solid understanding of Australian OH&S
* Experience with computerised inventory systems
* Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
