As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

We have a friendly, supportive team onsite, with long-standing staff including 3 with 15+ years' experience at Goodstart. There are growth opportunities through trainings and connections with peers, located on a local bus route, with a small shopping complex nearby, as well as local schools and housing estates.

You'll need:
* Diploma qualification in Early Childhood
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
If you have experience leading change in education and hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma, or ACECQA-approved equivalent, we'd love to discuss suitable opportunities with you.
