Our client is the industry leader in sustainable waste management solutions. Synergie is currently looking for a Side Lift Driver to join our dynamic team based in Wingfield, SA.
* Pay Rate - $39.61 per hr (incl casual loading) + penalties
Hours Of Work - Early AM starts - Monday to Friday hour shifts
About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable, safety-focused Side Lift Driver to join our team based in Wingfield. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely collection of kerbside waste and recycling using a side-lift collection vehicle, delivering an essential service to the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate a side lift collection vehicle in line with safety and operational procedures
* Transport collected materials to nominated recycling and disposal facilities
* Deliver high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle, both inside and out
What We're Looking For
* Unrestricted Heavy Rigid (HR) licence (Australia) or Class 4 licence (New Zealand) as a minimum
* Clean driving record supported by a Driver History Report
* Reliable, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
* Strong commitment to safety and safe driving practices
* Previous waste industry experience is desirable but not essential
