We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. This role plays a vital part in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with everyday banking transactions, answering inquiries, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
This is a **part-time position**, working 28 hours per week across 4 days. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
* Providing support for customers with their banking needs

* Offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs
* Identifying opportunities to introduce customers to other financial products or services that could benefit them
