Downer has been awarded the Property and Asset Services (PAS) contract to deliver base and estate services across the two largest regions NSW/ACT and QLD. This is a milestone for our business and our enduring 80+ year relationship with the Australian Defence Force. We are inviting applications to join our permanent workforce at Brisbane, Townsville, Sydney, Newcastle or Canberra. Commencing January 2026, we welcome people from all backgrounds who bring Defence experience, industry knowledge, or transferable skills from other sectors.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver integrated solutions for base and estate services across NSW/ACT and QLD.
- Collaborate with Defence stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives within PAS.
- Ensure compliance with Defence standards and operational requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
