The Opportunity
This opportunity allows you to develop technical solutions with customers through close collaboration with engineering and design teams.
In this role you will take full ownership of projects from acquisition to delivery, providing ongoing support to customers and leveraging PWR's technical capabilities to maximize value for both the customer and PWR.
Key responsibilities include
Customer correspondence – collaborate on technical and commercial opportunities for new and ongoing projects.
Collaborate with design, engineering and production teams to develop project solutions.
Develop project timelines and detailed quotations for submission.
Release and coordination of projects for manufacture.
Ensure customer requirements for quality and project timing are met through manufacture.
Work closely with procurement and suppliers to source unique project materials or services when required.
Product development and improvement of engineering processes.
Leverage product knowledge and technical understanding to assist with new sales opportunities.
Analyse data from wind tunnel or vehicle testing to facilitate product evaluation and development.
Your Skills and Experience
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong sales experience, ideally from a motorsport or automotive background.
Proven manufacturing experience.
Problem-solving with a result-focused approach.
Experience managing design processes and competent use of SolidWorks, CAD for component or project review.
Excellent technical customer service skills with strong commercial acumen.
Good management and communication skills backed by technical understanding of PWR products and processes.
Adaptability and decision-making while working on high-pressure projects.
Motivation, drive and dedication.
Ability to collaborate and be a strong team player.
