As a seasoned sales leader, you will lead our B2B direct sales organization and be a key member of the leadership team shaping our high-growth strategy.

About the Role: 
Lead and grow a high-performing sales organization, including Sales Directors, Managers 
Work cross-functionally with marketing, client services, and product teams to align efforts and drive results 
Create stability amid change and thrive in fast-paced environments where collaboration, data, and execution all matter 
Required Skills and Qualifications: 
Deep experience in SaaS, marketplace, and/or subscription models 
History of scaling distributed sales teams during periods of rapid growth 
Able to create clear ambitious goals and consistently go above and beyond what is asked
