Base Pay
A$70,******/yr - A$90,******/yr
The Position
Managing a clean portfolio in the Southern Suburbs
Reporting to a highly experienced General Manager who will support your growth and success
The portfolio also has leasing support and a strong team assisting with tenant enquiries
Virtual Assistants assisting with documentation – allowing you to focus on relationship building
The Criteria
Previous experience in property management with your own portfolio, or an assistant ready to step up with a great attitude
Current PM Registration or working towards
Current driver's licence
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent time-management and care factor
A desire to learn and develop your career
Take-home company car/fuel covered – including for personal use
Open to WFH opportunities once established
