Responsibilities
* Estimate commercial construction projects ranging from $1M to $15M.
* Develop subcontractor scopes, trade packages, and market pricing.
* Work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
* Maintain strong commercial focus, ensuring margins are considered as well as project success.
Qualifications
* Proven experience estimating commercial construction projects from $1M to $15M.
* Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes, trade packages, and market pricing.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
* Commercially sharp; understands that margin matters as much as winning.
* Construction industry software experience (Buildxact, Cubit, or similar).
