About the Role
Starting in the New Year, you'll step into a dynamic leadership position within our refreshed two-level flagship store. You'll be supporting the Store Manager to drive operational excellence, elevate the customer experience, and inspire a passionate team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact from day one.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Support daily store operations, including stock flow, visual merchandising, and store presentation
Drive sales results and help achieve KPI targets
Ensure operational standards are met and compliance processes are followed
Step up as second-in-charge and act as Store Manager when required
Contribute to a positive, energetic, and inclusive store culture
