Job Overview
The Used Vehicle Sales Manager will develop and execute strategies to grow our used vehicle sales division, source, appraise, and manage inventory of quality pre-owned vehicles. The role includes building, leading, and motivating a small team of sales professionals to achieve targets, implementing pricing, marketing, and vehicle reconditioning strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective strategies to build and manage a profitable used vehicle inventory.
* Promote sales through digital and in-person channels, driving revenue growth and market share.
* Foster strong relationships with suppliers, wholesalers, and trade partners to secure the best deals and opportunities.
* Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activity, making informed decisions to stay ahead.
* Closely collaborate with senior management to align business growth goals and objectives.
