We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Enrolled Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will undertake comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to support adults with complex mental health needs and their families.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled and motivated nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient-centered care in an acute mental health inpatient setting.
* A Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent) including a board-approved qualification in the administration of medicines.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Well-developed assessment, clinical reasoning, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
* Experience providing recovery-focused interventions and psychosocial, recovery-oriented rehabilitation to individuals with psychiatric disorders and complex needs.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
* Commitment to culturally safe practice and continuous quality improvement.
