About the role
Join the dynamic sales team at Arctic Campers' as a Sales Representative. In this full-time role based in Pakenham, VIC, you will be responsible for driving sales of our high-quality camping and outdoor gear. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and passion for the great outdoors.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and engaging with customers to understand their needs and requirements
* Providing exceptional product knowledge and guidance to help customers find the perfect gear for their adventures
* Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
* Contributing to the overall success of the sales team through collaborative efforts
* Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products
* Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
* Performing Handovers
What we're looking for
* Proven sales experience, preferably in the outdoor/camping retail industry
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience
* Strong product knowledge or a keen interest in camping, hiking, and outdoor activities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
* Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow
