The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Care Aide to join our Aged Care Team in Hedland. This permanent part-time role offers a regular, ongoing roster:

Monday & Tuesday: 0900 - 1400, Wednesday - Friday: 0800 - 1400

Our Care Aides deliver exceptional care, supporting clients to maintain independence by assisting with personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, toileting, medication assistance, meal preparation, domestic tasks, and social support. Travel between clients' homes is required, so a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle, and ability to use a mobile app for schedules and care plans are essential.

About You

* Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, or Disability is highly desirable but not essential.
* Minimum of 3 months relevant care experience with a Certificate; 6+ months without.
* Experience in home or community care preferred.
* Unrestricted valid driver's license and access to insured, well-maintained vehicle.
* Ability to work autonomously, following digital schedules and care plans via mobile app.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
