The focus is on goal-directed, community-based rehabilitation for clients following injury or hospitalization. The multidisciplinary team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, neuropsychologists, clinical psychologists, allied health assistants, rehabilitation medicine doctors, community health nurses, pharmacists, and social workers.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated Allied Health Assistant to join our Community Rehabilitation team at Caulfield Hospital. The role involves providing therapy support services to individuals and groups as directed by Allied Health Professionals, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to meet clients’ rehabilitation goals.
