As Concierge, you are the face of the building and the first point of connection for tenants and visitors. You'll deliver a warm, polished front-of-house experience, anticipate needs, and create moments that feel effortless, personal, and memorable.
This is modern concierge work — blending hospitality, placemaking, and customer service in a professional workplace environment. This role involves a mix of walking, sitting, and standing throughout the day, as well as light manual handling as part of normal front-of-house and concierge duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a welcoming, professional front-of-house experience
* Anticipate and respond to tenant and visitor needs with confidence and care
* Curate experiences and source thoughtful, last‐minute touches
* Support placemaking initiatives and community activations
* Provide hotel‐style concierge services within a workplace setting
About You
You are service‐driven, calm under pressure, and naturally great with people. You care about how others feel and take pride in delivering meaningful experiences.
You will have:
* Experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer‐facing roles
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Excellent attention to detail
