Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert advice and assistance to internal and external customers regarding loan payout figures, break out costs, loan statements, and terms.

* Calculate and process interest reconstructions to mortgage accounts.

* Action and prepare requests to discharge securities.
">
* Attend to settlements, including liaising with solicitors and mortgagees.
">

Requirements:

* A positive and can-do attitude and a genuine enjoyment of helping others and working together to achieve common goals.

* The ability to identify issues/roadblocks and work through to effective solutions.
">
* A high level of computer/digital literacy, particularly MS Office.

* Effective communication skills both verbally and written, in particular dealing with third parties/legal representatives.
