About the Company
Our client is a leading logistics organisation with a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand. Known for their innovative approach and commitment to customer experience, they support major operations through advanced supply chain solutions. With ongoing growth in their 4PL operations, they are now seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing finance team.
About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee the financial performance of the AU / NZ 4PL business units, providing commercial insights and leading management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will partner with operational leaders to drive performance, influence stakeholders across the business, and support strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Lead management reporting, forecasting, budgets and cashflow analysis
* Provide commercial insights, including scenario modelling and profitability analysis
* Support costing, obsolescence management, and process improvements
* Develop dashboards, analytics, and commercial models to support decision-making
* Partner with executives and operational teams on initiatives including procurement, property optimisation, and trading term improvements
* Ensure governance, data integrity, and continuous improvement across finance processes
The Successful Candidate
* Demonstrated experience in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial role (freight / logistics desirable)
* Strong management accounting, analytical skills, and commercial acumen
* Proficient in MYOB and Excel; Power BI advantageous
* Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
* CPA / CA qualified
