We are currently seeking experienced PAINTERS to join our team of professionals on a full time and permanent basis. The role includes but is not limited to: Understand surface preparation and finishes.
Be able to understand and complete works to specifications. Be able to mix to correct ratio two-part paint coatings etc. Select paints, varnishes and stains to various surfaces using brushes, sprays, and rollers.
Understand the use of Wet Film Thickness Gauges and be able to achieve specified dry film thickness. Be able to work at heights and in confined spaces. Erecting scaffolding and ladders.
Cleaning equipment and work areas. Desirable traits and will highly be regarded: Trade Certificate –Certificate III in Surface Preparation or equivalent (for Blaster/Painters)
Construction Induction (White or Blue Card) High Risk Licence for EWP and/or Forklift Trade Qualifications in Protective Coatings (ACA, NACE, ICorr, or other trade certs)
HR licence, high risk licence with EWP and Forklift Drivers Licence (MR or HR class) To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
