About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to provide technical assistance, parts interpretation, and high-quality customer service within a busy, fast-paced environment. You will support customers across pumping systems, gensets, diesel engines, and mechanical equipment, while managing enquiries, preparing quotes, and ensuring accurate ERP and CRM data entry. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to technical support enquiries and provide accurate parts interpretation and customer assistance.
* Manage quotes, follow-up, and sales support, handle delivery and transport tracking enquiries.
* Maintain professional and timely communication with customers.
* Daily CRM case management and managing shared customer service mailboxes.
* Enter and process parts quotations and orders in the ERP system.
* Build strong customer relationships and provide product and parts information.
* Provide accurate reporting as required.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
Skills & Experience
* Strong customer service and parts interpretation experience.
* Solid knowledge of pumps, gensets, lighting, diesel engines & mechanical equipment beneficial.
* ERP experience (M3 highly desirable).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to interpret technical manuals and parts documentation.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* WA C Class Licence.
