* Implement effective local office operations by enforcing Urbis procedures and systems.
* Partner with the Office Services Manager and Senior Team Administrators to support day-to-day office requirements.
About the opportunity:
* Manage site access compliance, meeting room bookings, and event coordination.
* Collaborate with the Regional Director and Brand & Clients team to deliver outstanding client events.
* Maintain stock levels of office supplies and ensure facilities are well-kept.
* Provide high-quality administrative support, including travel bookings, diary coordination, and expense reconciliation.
* Assist with IT tasks, mail coordination, new employee onboarding, and support team meetings and marketing activities.
About You
We seek candidates with 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, possessing High School Completion Certificate – Senior Certificate and prior experience in airline, hospitality, hotelier concierge, corporate office, or co-working space. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
Candidates should be competent in maintaining accurate records, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and working collaboratively as part of a team.
