We're looking for a detail-loving, people-focused Assistant Travel Designer to join our close-knit team at The Tailor, Australia's leading luxury travel company, recognised for creating hand-crafted, high-end journeys for travellers from around the world.
About the role
This is a hands-on, dynamic support role where you'll work alongside our talented Travel Designers to help bring extraordinary Australian adventures to life.
From managing supplier bookings and checking availability, to assisting with itinerary creation and keeping our client files in perfect order, you'll play a vital part in making every journey smooth, seamless, and truly unforgettable. You'll be trusted to take initiative, solve problems creatively, and jump in when our travellers need support while in-country.

Organisation and admin: Maintain accurate, up-to-date client files and supplier databases, and support the team in staying organised and efficient.
Problem solving: Assist with last-minute changes or unexpected issues, using your initiative to find smart solutions quickly and calmly.
Team support: Track key priorities and performance goals, and be a proactive, dependable member of the team.
Knowledge management: Keep our recommendations lists current, from must-try restaurants to once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

About you
Naturally organised: You're detail-oriented, thrive on structure, and love keeping things on track.

Collaborative and curious: You enjoy working with others, are quick to learn new systems, and eager to contribute.
