As the Lead Educator (internally referred to as Program Lead), your adaptability and problem‐solving mindset will empower both students and staff every day. You'll lead a team of dedicated teachers delivering VPC, VCE VM and Work Education programs. You'll oversee curriculum design, scheduling, student progress, and staff development—ensuring high‐quality outcomes for students from diverse and vulnerable backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate curriculum planning, delivery, and continuous improvement
* Monitor student attendance, engagement, and academic progress
* Support staff with scheduling, excursions, and daily operations
* Build strong relationships with students, families, and support staff
We are excited about you because you have:
* VIT Registration, Secondary School teaching experience, Completed Certificate IV TAE
* Familiar with VCE/Work Education requirements
* Worked with vulnerable cohorts
* Knowledge of NDIS
* Flexibility to work in different situations
* Ability to coordinate staff spread geographically
* Excellent leadership skills
